Two monitors with the same size, resolution and refresh rate can still look very different. The reason is the panel type: IPS, VA or OLED.

An IPS panel at a low price: colours hold up when you sit off-centre and it works in a bright room. 1080p is a little soft at 27 inches, but fine for a first monitor.
